20 May Great Final of the 4th Edition Fundacion MAPFRE Awards for Social Innovation boosted by IEUniversity

9 finalists and 3 winners have come from the Fundación MAPFRE Awards for Social Innovation boosted by IEUniversity 4th edition. Despite holding 2 editions in an online format due to pandemic, the deep impact of the projects continues to thrive.

On 12th May the Great Final of the fourth edition of the awards took place. 9 amazing projects pitched to win 30k euros to boost their project. Amazing solutions to improve health during pregnancy, accessibility for physically diverse people, and a non-invasive artificial pancreas for diabetes were some of the finalists’ startups.

3 categories represented their countries across 2 continents (3 regions –Europe, Latin America & Brazil). The categories are e-Health, Prevention and safe and sustainable mobility & The economics of ageing: Ageingnomics.
