17 Jul IE supports Micro Entrepreneurs and Young Artisans Teaching Them How to Sell Online
IE Social Innovation Department@IE organized a workshop for around 40 small business owners in Madrid titled “Tricks for small businesses that want to sell over the internet”. The workshop was free and was held last Tuesday 16th July at 9:30 a.m. in IE Business School, María Molina 31, Madrid.
This workshop was part of the activities included in the Digital Transformation Inclusive Business Development Project that aims small shops in Madrid to create and improve their online websites in order to increase their sales. During the last few months, we have worked with 10 small businesses to create 10 online shops adapted to the owner’s needs. Now, it is the moment to share with the rest of you their experience and expertise.
During two hours approximately, Raúl Rebollo from TeVeo Online taught to the guests useful tools to develop online selling on a day-to-day basis. We also counted on the presence of the online project participants as Yirley from La Piedra de Monet that explained to the audience her experience launching her webpage and how has she been taking a very active position on internet. The workshop was recorded and we will share with you the experience very soon!
